Cuban finalized Rondo trade from 'The Colbert Report' green room

For Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, business never stops, not even for "The Colbert Report."

Cuban was part of a big contingent of famous folks who attended the finale of "The Colbert Report" on Thursday, the same day his Mavericks orchestrated a trade to acquire point guard Rajon Rondo from the Boston Celtics.

The difference between Cuban and the rest of those on hand is that he finalized a trade for Rondo from the green room, as ESPN's Keith Olberman documented.

As those in basketball are aware, Cuban is a hands-on owner who doesn't mind closing deals well after office hours or in weird places. He did sign Chandler

Parsons to a max contract in an Orlando nightclub after all.
