Isaiah Thomas' magical moves lead to best pass of the season

Casual fans may not realize it, but Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas is really good. Don’t let his diminutive stature fool you. There is a reason he was selected to the 2016 NBA All-Star Game.

On Thursday night against the Bucks, Thomas dropped one of the nicest dimes of the season. After crossing up Michael Carter-Williams, Thomas threw a cross-court, behind-the-back pass to Jae Crowder, who casually sunk a 3-pointer from the corner.

Following the game, Carter-Williams was effusive in praise. “That was an unbelievable pass,” he told reporters. “He’s an all-star and he definitely showed why.”

Thomas finished with 27 points and seven assists in the Celtics’ 112-107 victory and earned himself a spot in the top plays of the night and possibly the entire season.
