The 2019 NBA playoffs are down to the “Final Four.” It’s time to find out which teams have what it takes to reach the NBA Finals.

In the East, the top two seeds advanced to the conference finals, but the second-round series could not have been more different. The Bucks rattled off four straight wins after losing Game 1 against the Celtics, closing out Game 5 with a dominant 116-91 victory. The Raptors had to fight the 76ers down to the final second of Game 7 with Kawhi Leonard’s buzzer-beater pushing Toronto past Philly.

As for the West, the Warriors eliminated the Rockets in six games despite losing star forward Kevin Durant to a calf injury. It’s possible Durant returns at some point for the conference finals, but Golden State should still be the favorite with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green in the starting lineup.

The Trail Blazers needed all seven games to defeat a talented Nuggets squad. CJ McCollum’s

37-point outburst in Game 7 helped Portland advance to its first conference finals series since 2000.

Below you’ll find everything to know about watching the Eastern and Western Conference finals, including series-by-series TV schedules and live-streaming information.
